So you would take the autistic person with Settler's? What would you do if they didn't allow the mother to do the interview and the person was not highly functioning? Would that be a reason to go to GI??

the person could not communicate properly to answer the questions, from myself or to a phone interviewer.
Hence GI, graded with 2 yr wait ROP first 2 yrs.

They will. As long as the legal guardian is the " legal" guardian. If the mother has never gotten legal papers, Settlers won't accept them at the Silver level unless they do their own interview.
