I'm from Houston and on my way right now to Mississippi to write a client with Settlers. Sometimes there really isn't another way (I called Settlers to see if they could with with me on this, no go). Let me know if she happens to be in Houston.

I write Settlers in TX. It does have to be F2F. If she's in the Dallas area (or within an hour or so outside) I'll be happy to take care of it and split 50/50.
