Nonsmoker. Blood clot in leg 1 year ago. Part of clot moved to lung, aka pulmonary embolism. Treated with blood thinner warfarin/Coumadin. No cause for blood clot established yet, client not yet seen hemotologist, who may or may not be able to determine cause. Client still on blood thinner as preventative, may remain on it indefinetly. Otherwise healthy, 5'10", 185 lbs. Looking for 250k term. Illinois. Best carrier?
