just an update here .
$36,202 from 30th to 30th
I didn't try very hard, that was only two and three days in the field. Also I had to do a bunch of training for new agents ride-alongs every week or twice a week.

Yes. wrting 300,000 on 20 leads a week is easy. Would have been more but I chose to take two months off.
I did write 36,000 last month and did not try hard.
I wanted to go for 60k but nobody wanted to join so I just worked my usual.
Going for 60,000 would have been hard...but not 36,000.

I'm serious. I wasn't sure what you meant so I just clarified.
Now... what I consider to be easy or hard is going to vary from person to person.
