69 Yr Old, Bypass Surgery 18 Months Ago... Level Benefit?

I know Mon will take him, but they only go up to $25k. Any other options for level benefit?

ended up writing him Mon with the ADR rider. I guess no one else offers level coverage to someone with bypass surgery 12-24 mths prior...? I don't know of anyone but was curious if I missed a carrier.
