77 Year Old Man, Had a Quad By-pass

Yes, you are reading the app correctly as they will issue Graded coverage (30-70-100%) on quad by-pass 4 months ago, or 4 days ago for that matter, as long as disch from hospital. I realize that it is just a typo TDF, but for those that aren't aware of the company, it is GPM Life (as opposed to GMP).

Anybody know what's the min. death benefit for GPM for 79 yr old? (in Missouri)

I do like them and have seen no real negative yet. They do a great job all the way around. The PHI being delayed does allow that part of the process to be out of your control, and if I could choose would prefer to do the PHI on the spot, but then again they didn't ask for my input. It is obvious why they do so and based on the other positive trade off's, I can live with it. I have had a handful of them that was sure there would be an issue with the PHI, but to my surprise they all sailed right thru; [so far]. Very accomodating home office and the rates are usually top of the heap for immediate covg for most n/s cases.

This was probably 10 years ago. I had a couple deals that were a real pain to get done. At the time I found easier companies to get issued. I would look at them again.

GPM Graded is only available thru age 75 in MO.
Min DB for SIWL is 3K.
