How do u use the search engine in the forums to search an exact term?? I was trying to search a company called "senior marketing" but when u do a search it brings up every single post with the words senior or marketing in it??

And help please??

From the link posted above:

The forum search engine does not use all the regular search operators as search engines: Google, Bing Yahoo etc..

Instead, you need to use + (plus) and - (minus) to add or remove a string from your search.

So in your case, if you're looking for Threads about Senior Life insurance here's your search operator
Senior + Life
For more accurate results, you might want to have it search in Titles Only

If you looking for threads discussing Senior Life but don't want the Leads then your search operator is
Senior + Life - Leads

I hope this helps.
