A Virtual P&C Agency? What Are Your Thoughts?

When a prospect gets in touch with you via an out of state or non local method they have already stated that they do not value the local relationship enough to seek the local relationship so you already have that barrier out of the way. What I do is focus on the benefits of not having to take precious time away from their busy schedule to meet with them during business hours or at home in the evening. I tell them that they won't be able to tell the difference from an agent around the corner. In reality they won't as long as I respond to their needs as their agent. Phone and digital communication is becoming the norm so we have to be open minded sometimes.
