If you are into P&C, AAA would be a good place to "learn" the business, but their internal politics will interfere with your long term opportunity for success. AAA will micro-manage you to death. I used to work on the life side and saw, to my amazement, the idiocy those P&C agents went through. The only way to last is to fly under the radar of your manager. I once came into the office on a Saturday to get some stuff from my desk. I sat for a few minutes to gather some things and was reported to management because I didn't have a tie on. I eventually found out who the little rat was and squared that one. But, you get the idea of the little political games...
