Hey Buds,

Here's a list of the ACA Carriers by State in 2018.

Any Changes for 2019 in your state?

Three carriers filed in Indiana for 2019. Only Ambetter (MHS/Centene) and Caresource are offering plans to a significant portion of the state (Anthem is only offering 1 off-marketplace plan in 5 counties). https://www.in.gov/idoi/files/Indiana 2019 ACA Filings.pdf

There are 2 new carriers in TN that I am aware of, but not in all counties.

The changes I've found out so far is that some states will have extended open enrollment periods such as the District of Columbia and Colorado. The effective date of the start of coverage also depends on when you register as you can see here: ACA Open Enrollment 2019 for Health Insurance Coverage - ACA Quotes

Chatham County, Georgia has nice $0 Silver Plans for Family incomes up to $40k - $60k.

Same carrieres in Michigan with the addition of Oscar, who at first glance seems uncompetitive.
