Ace of Sales CRM

Briko,

Act4Advisors is basically a custom database that has screens for investments, insurance, and such.

if you can play with the act database yourself, you can recreate most of it.

Only big downside... it is still on the computer side, not cloud based.

right now I use Act! and Ace of Sales, along with Morningstar Office... but will be transitioning from Act! to SugarCRM, the free edition, online.

Ok, so have now been using them for a few months. I like them both.

My process now is... any new prospect or lead, goes into Ace of Sales. There is enough space and function to put in notes and everything. I use it for email marketing and social media. Once the person becomes a client, I also put them into my CRM. For now, back to ACT!. the basic version of SugarCRM is just not all there... yet, then again, I may not be used to it yet.

You can try ace of sales for 30 days. I had them establish a demo period for my agents. Go to aceofsales.com, click sign up. in the promo box put in MAX30. You will get 30 days to play with it.
