Advances On Debit Cards?

I've been doing auto drafts with debit and credit cards for 15 yrs . Not once on an expiring card have i not been asked to resend the info to the co's drafting . Others please chime in on this subject . If this is true its news to me.

Are you using some kind of prepaid card from Wal-Mart? Or Meta Bank? Direct Express card? Brick and mortar bank issued debit cards don't seem to do what your are describing.

Why is it against the law for me to have no more than 6 monthly automatic deductions in a savings account.

I don't know if there is a law against that or not, but my CU will charge a service fee for more than 4 (or is it 6?) transactions per month in my SAVINGS account.

They don't have a problem on my checking account, only savings.

Wells Fargo and JP Morgan . I did a google search and read several articles. All the articles affirm what I said . You lose your card you need to notify all CO's that auto draft with your new #. But since your a big baller and double vip black card holder you might get special treatment. Your going to find out taking any kind of plastic not a good idea. What you fail to realize is you work inbound leads who call you .

When you start having nsf's few people will answer . I'm working Humana's lead program this yr . People answer a net ad for more info on Medicare . I got 12 immediate real time leads last week . Called most within seconds . Only 1 person answered . One even answered and hit a spam button .

The fickle American public. How often do I hear, "I never sent anything in." Well it didn't sing itself and put your phone number down.

The best is when they are looking right at the card, and say that it "wasn't them." :goofy:

Don, why are you sounding so hostile towards me? You must be a rather insecure old man? Maybe you need to use aggressive talk to overcompensate for lower self esteem, lower confidence, or some other type of problem?

Try to sit up and show a little class up here. And don't be talking about things that you have no knowledge of. If you did that this forum would a better place for everyone. But when people spew false knowledge up here it discredits this forum as a place to learn and exchange ideas in a mature professional manner.
:twitchy::laugh::twitchy: You're such a tool. :yes:

Most admit they sent in then say " ok " like so what . I bet many of these low income clients send in 3 a month . Their lonely and have nothing to do . But I truly believe a good % don't know it's life ins . They know it's some type of benefit but not exactly what it is .

Then it seems this might be the case that different banks handle this situation different. I already shared a few posts above what my bank did, twice in a 3 year period.

Since you referred to Wells Fargo I just called them at 1-800-869-3557 and spoke with the rep. Here's what he said: If I have a recurring monthly draft on my bank issued debit card, and I lose that card, then Wells Fargo will issue me a bank debit card with a new 16 digit # and update my new debit card # automatically with the auto draft vendors without ANY action on my part.

Don, you seem to continually post a lot of erroneous info up here on this forum, in this thread and others. This is just another example. You do realize this not only reduces your credibility but the credibility of this forum, right? Agents, especially new ones, are up here to hear from successful experienced agents sharing TRUTHFUL info, not misinformation from the unsuccessful who are trying to look successful up here as a keyboard warrior.

And the way you continue to use unflattering language when you refer to me, on other threads too, also shows your lack of professionalism. And your unprofessionalism is also a bad look for this forum.

Just sharing some info with you that might be helpful. And I know that I'm no saint either. But I never deliberately put incorrect info up here. If I don't know the info I keep my mouth shut.

And I'm not working inbound leads. My agents do. I'm talking to agents all the time about SL's opportunity, on this forum and else where.

One of the 1st DM leads I ever worked 30 years ago, the lady swore she never sent anything in. When I showed her the card, she remembered that she had had to finish filling the card out with a blue crayon because her pen ran out of ink. I still didn't get in.

I've had them admit that was their signature on the card...but still deny they sent it in.
