Never had a good experience with their customer service department

1. Their only niche is 86-89. No other reason to use them.
2. They do allow direct monthly billing - it's a work around to the e-app.

For the first 2 1/2 years of my final expense career everyone was accepted, and you could fill the application out with crayon and they wouldn't care. Turns out that's not an effective way to run an insurance company and nowadays there's just not much use for the product.

They call it a "pre approval" at the end of the interview but it is not officially approved because it goes to further underwriting. Like Barry mentioned, they are the go to for fairly healthy 86 to 89 yr olds.

I have not written Aetna FE in several years, but my agency is picking them up.
Do they still have the same nice health niches like thy did years ago? Such as being OK with Nitro/Isosorbide for angina and diabetic neuropathy so long as <40 units of insulin per day?
