For everyone with a large book of Aetna and Humana terminated plans, how are you doing so far, I am overwhelmed and missing some calls and emails.

Everyone wants to be taken care of “yesterday”.

This was us last year (my 1st real AEP with Blue Shield pulling out) Google appointments can save your missed calls by letting them schedule themselves for in person/phone/virtual meetings while adding a custom catergory for Rx you can collect name email and drugs all at one. and have them placed on the calendar. then you follow up with a scope. there is an option to set availability and max/min time for appointments. so you can set no appointment less than 48 hours until the last week of AEP and then set slots for am pm and block off lunch, it even gives you a buffer option so that in between meetings you can slam a tequilla shot/take a leak/call your wife! google workspace business standard is the minimum tier or you can upgrade free gmail to google one. let me know if you decide to go that route and get stumped.... I'm the entire IT dept over here at the 2 person father son agency LOL. Making it up and googling howto as I go!

Rough over here, I didn't have much Aetna but lots of Humana PPO that pulled out. I also lost a regional carrier entirely that I had a decent amount of clients with.

I think I've rolled a little over half of them so far, very overwhelming. But when its said and done if I can save 60-70% and make up the difference in referrals/new biz I'm going to call that a win.

Definitely putting a bigger emphasis on diversifying next year, hello annuities!

I have re-written all of those that I had in SC and Fl, and working my way through NC. I should be finished with the rerwites by the end of next week. As much as I dreaded it, the clients actually have made it easy. I was able to go from one to the next with just a few call backs.

I have also picked up a few extra referrals from the clients that were having their plans canceled. Not quite sure why everyone has been so agreeable, but it may have to do with all of the robocalls they've been getting. I asked a few of them, if they had received a lot of contacts, and almost everyone said yes, derisively, but we were waiting to hear from you.
