Aetna MAPD and AOR

I wrote a customer with the carrierplan for 2024. The carrier dropped the entire plan. Now I found a plan from this carrier that is acceptable. So I will enroll him. That is the ppo plan. His wife had direct hmo plan that also got cancelled. If I enroll her in a new plan how that works aor wise?
I know I should be paid on husband but what about the wife?

Those are legit “plan changes” that you would get paid for unless Aetna deems them as “non-commissionable” for 2025 plan year. In MA parlance, those are referred to as “non-renewing” plans. Just verify if the Aetna plans will be commissionable for the county that they live in.
