After they've botched the last 4 policies I put with them, then they disenrolled a bedridden extra help recipient earlier this year with no warning, forced his nurse and me to redo all the prior authorizations again, and this last incident I had with them in the last 2 weeks where they told me a free-look cancellation would be in the clients account within 5 days, then on the 5th day I called to ask where the money was and they told me 5 more days..
I think they've paid me ever on 2 applications, and the other 4 or so I tried with them they declined, rated up 50+%, or never obtained medical records and never informed anyone, just withdrew the policy application.
They just doubled the rates on their PDP plans in TN, and they haven't been allowed to sell them for around 6 months.
yeah.. I'm done with Aetna.
Their postcard was pretty.
