After 1yr....how Are Companies Paying?

So,...its been almost a year.
A buddy of mine was complaining about getting paid.

What's the scoop...are they Companies paying...or is the delay a long one?

Biggest issue (may be NY specific) is that on-exchange, carriers received the GA information in the SA slot. They (exchange) don't admit that's the case. It is the case, and thousands of brokers received nothing because their entire comp was sent to the GA they are affiliated with on-exchange.

Of course, there is no way to fix this- any of you manage a BOR change on a currently active on-exchange client? Carrier won't fix it, exchange won't admit it's wrong, and they ignore the BOR letter and only follow what the (incorrect) submitted data says.

Small percentage of cases didn't get paid and I think that the GA did. I asked them (more than once) and GA states that I will get payed in the following months. So main point, is to keep track of business and keep asking.

Have a wonderful commish tracking wife/partner, we have been paid well and timely for all cases.

No problems being paid on the companies I represent in KS & MO.
