Agent Arrested and Convicted for Selling an Annuity.

The zero premium life insurance thread is the second longest, I think. Didn't bother with the link, I'm trying to let that one die, I'm cleaning up making 50% commissions on the zero premium and I don't want the competition.

I'm curious, you seem hung up on Corbett. Why?
Unless he's been involved, he probably doesn't have much to add. On an appeal, you really don't get to argue 'new' information.

What will calling Corbett accomplish? I don't doubt you want to go somewhere with this, I just don't understand where.

That said, its always worth a phone call.

I don't know him personally, i had a question about an old 80's UL. He gave me the time and was very help. He is an insurance agent that has been around a few years, He may be able to sift though the case and find an appealable action., My main question is about the expert witness the state used, he was so bia's against insurance agents in general. Corbett has been an expert witness fo the state, and may give some insight. As i read glenn's appeal as it is.. I don't think he will win. It seems he is just re-hashing the case. As we both have said, ineffective council is an good way to go., But I am just grasping for straws, I don't have the experience, And if I was in Glenn's shoes I would reach out to him. He may say pack your tooth brush. Check out corbett, he is on ampminsure.org I think I got it right. It is not as lively as this fourm, kind of boring, But i do read what he says,.
