Agent Arrested and Convicted for Selling an Annuity.

Just got word today that my insurance license would be renewed today. My family, and I would like to thank you for your support, and let you know we appreciate all of you!

Congratulations, and wish you the best, The nightmare is over!

It's not over....How often in the future do you think the initial conviction of Glenn will come up related to future sales. Also he just got the license back he still needs to get appointed by carriers again. Though I do wish Glenn the best luck going forward.

I thought,

"the California attorney general has asked the state Supreme Court to review an overturned guilty verdict in the Glenn Neasham case, in which an insurance agent was convicted of felony theft for selling an annuity."

If that is still going on, this is not behind him at all.

Might make it hard to get appointed with carriers. This could still be following him in many ways.

Man its got to hurt living in a state for who knows how many years and this happens and even when an appeal court overturned the ruling after what years of dealing with this the state does not want the precident so keeps going after the guy...Makes you Wonder if Neasham might want to seek another local?
