All State Financial Representive

I did this for a little over a year. I will say that it really depends on the offices you work with. I was not blessed with particularly good offices and there was a wide range of personalities and expectations from the GA's (and a ton of driving for not so good sales opportunities) I honestly think its a flawed system that I felt might get phased out.

I want to join All state financial representative. I need advice, anybody has experience with All state E.F.S. role.

You are going to need at least 5 good agents to work with. Before you join Allstate make sure you meet the agents you will be working with and their staff to see if you can work with them. Many of the agency owners don't want to share their client list because they don't want you "bothering" their clients with life insurance, go figure.
