Has anyone heard of-or do you know anything about AllWell MAPD? What is their niche market?

In Texas they're expanding in several areas. The AllWell name is being used to differentiate from the Superior medicaid plans.

Their plans have decent benefits, especially the dual SNP, but I haven't looked too much into their network.
