Am I being set up for a scam?

Johns Hopkins and Mayo Clinic misspellings are clear enough for me that this is not legit.
At 90 years of age, throw a premium number in the thousands and see how he/she/it responds
That policy would be at least $50,000 per year. And even at that no company would sell it to a 90-year old.
 
You definitely don't want to get scammed. In this scary world today, you have to be careful.
