Am I Doin Anything Wrong?

I have a bunch of old business I wrote with Physicians years ago. In most cases I can save these people (provided they are still living) anywhere from 100 to 200 a month on their premiums. I am thinking I have ever right to go after these people but wanted to get another opinion.

If it has been "years ago" I can't think of any reason why you can't. Even if you are still getting renewals there is a limit on the time that they can enforce any kind of agreement.

There is a good chance that they are no longer with Physicians anyway. I would do it in a heart beat.

I have 2 of these to rewrite tomorrow and another on Wednesday. These are ones that are still on the books. I know because I still get $1 to 3 renewals.

Most non-compete's are for 2 years, so if its been over two years you can call them (atleast thats what it has been for companies i've worked with in the past)
Call them and do the right thing for them and you wont have a problem.
