These other guys are right on -If are going to work for a company as a captive agent then you may consider someone like AGLA or Woodmen, as far as training and pay starting out they are good in both areas for the most part-guaranteed starting salary (agla 17 weeks). The training is pretty decent as well and the managers make sure your getting started decent. You build your own book and keep it for yourself with both as well.
