I have been in the insurance busines since 2004. I went indy a year ago its going ok but hard. I was approached by a Amfam DM who wants to talk to me about opening a agency. I dont have a P&C license, Can any one tell me about them. Im not sure I even want to look further and just tough out a few more years as an indy and get to my renewals. I mostly due med-supps. What is Amfam like? How is the training? What due they offer? Thanks

As a broker, I have heard nothing but great things about AMFAM. If the commission and support is to your liking--take it. The P & C license is a piece of cake--don't worry. It's hard the first few years but things will get better.
