I know about 20 people from there. Don't even research them just drop them from consideration. You can do so much better for yourself by spending an hour on this forum looking for the best way to go. Any time someone says it starts at 50% you need to jet in the other direction because its always the equivalent of an insurance mlm scam.

I always wondered about this, however, they recruit so many folks, I guess 10% overrides off of 100 agents is better than 20% off of ten. Or something.

It's way more than 10% overrides. The manger is paid 50% of the agents production the total comp for AIL is 145% the agent gets 50%

No wonder they recruit so heavily, 145% off of ten agents is better than 10% off a hundred agents, or something. I dunno, it's all a jumble to me!! hee hee

A long time, I'm just joking you see. I have spoken with the AIL manager here several times, I mean several times. I really wish they went about things differently, but they don't, so it's not something I wish to try at this time.
