Americo is Becoming Monumental!

I like Americo sometimes and I hate them sometimes. Sounds like every other company. I just started dealing with Settlers Life. Talk about over the top rules!

If Americo didn't have their niche then I wouldn't use them at all. That can be said for almost every company.

No. I only use Settlers and 5 Star for business that can't be placed with EFES carriers.

I'm finding Americo/UHL as a one two punch pretty effective

UHL will give anybody a policy that can fog up a mirror

Their rates for graded are pretty solid and they pay 100% on all their graded policies unlike most carriers that slash it down to 40-50%

I print out Fexquotes for all my appt's and lay it out for the clients and show them the rates

Typically they'll be 4-5 companies that rate lower in price but I explain to the client that's a preffered rate,for people with no history of health problems..requires a PHI and ...BTW.. for just a $1.85 more a month I can write you through Americo, a very solid company and save you 45 minutes on the phone with a in depth interview,,, Do you want to spend 45 minutes on the phone Mrs Kadillahoppah or should we go ahead and get this all done in two shakes of a lambs tail?

UHL is by NO WAY only $2 more the the competition....what companies are u comparing? Give us a scenario where that happens?

Maybe they are some, but I haven seen it & it def ISNT the norm!

Done it twice- It's rare- but if you have a client thats med free no BK etc- you can qualify
