2 new agents.. ( 1 with lost of medicare adv experience and 1 to take state exam soon) are looking for strong commissions ( no production)
. 1. carriers would focus on telesales only with voice signature only... ( 1 call to get things done)
2. carrier would use true ss billing
3. both agents would be as earned
4. both agents would ask for NO lead financing
5. both agents would be licensed in the states that have the most action, for those carriers
6. bonus like quoting software is fine.
7. Will be decently trained before contracting. ( both CA based)
