Anastrozole Question

Having issues finding a place for client, she started taking this med may 2015, had breast cancer surgery 9/14 and last radiation treatment 5/2015...

any advice on where I can place her? She has Cigna now and paying a high amount

TranSamerica says they will look at it, but they are horrible at pre screening
