And yet another thread about a CRM

Take a look at this one... https://funnels.trkingim.com/home

On a side note, it is also HIPAA compliant. Not many out there are.
Does HIPAA require encryption for certification?

Without encryption for data storage & transfer a remote CRM (in the cloud via web browser for example) allows the service to do whatever they want with your clients email & phone number.

I would say end-to-end data encryption is the number one feature I would look for when thinking about managing a large block.

I personally didn't put it together, so I can't answer that question. All I know it whatever it took to get it certified HIPAA compliant was a bit of a process and not just applying for it.

Yes but with one of LD's caveats. I never put my clients in Radius. I used RB strictly for marketing. Once they became a prospect or client I put them in MP. So I didn't have as much to move as you.

Before MP I kept my clients in Advisors Assistant. Still do with my long time life business.

I used a crm way back in the dinosaur days called GBS. They were bought out by AgencyBloc. Within a year or so GBS was gone and everything was AB or the highway. That's going to happen to RB. Sooner or later.

But to answer your question, it really depends on how much you built RB out. But I'm sure Andrew can get your info over.

Also, you mentioned a spouse turning 65. MP does that for you. MP has an aging-in feature on it's dashboard. Every day it will tell you who's aging in and at what stage of the process.

I would like to know a little more about Medicare pro, I am looking at them online now, and they do look interesting

The cost does that include phone is is that an extra cost?
if so how much?

How hard is it to move data and Docs

I am using Agency Block for clients and high end leads now,
But I am having an issue with there CS right now, Really not happy with them

However I dread making another change I went to them from Radius, because when I added my assistant as a 3rd person the cost went way up anyway so I thought Agency block would be an ungraded, for the same price, But they are a serious downgrade on CS and attitude

I was about to work on adding email and text work flows but before I do that I thought I would think about this

MP doesn't include phone. What it does is link to you voip plan and you do the actual calling through your voip service. I use Phone.com with MP and everything works just fine.

I also have 8x8. They're not listed on MP's integration list but also works just fine.

No problem. Just send your info to Andrew and he puts it in.

As for your assistant, MP let's you add one under your profile. I don't have one so I've never used that feature. I don't think they charge for that.

Curious how often you send your book of business to Andrew for him to download ?I do it about every 4 months . I like him but I'm worried as more and more people flock to Medicare pro he'll be overwhelmed . I've been with them 3 1/2 yrs and it seems he's the only one in customer service . But i really like Medicare pro .

I always email him.

But he's got others working for him.

CRMs can be hit or miss depending on what you need, but for anyone managing HVAC service operations, www.fieldboss.com is worth checking out. It integrates well with other tools, and it helps track service calls, contracts, and tech schedules in one place. The automation features also cut down on manual data entry, which saves a ton of time.
