Another Reason Not to Sell Part D Plans

Hey, did any of you guys wonder why your homeowners or car insurance agents never sent you a scope of appointmment that said, I will only talk to you about home owners insurance or car insurance......absolutly nothing else will be discussed, if you do want to talk about....oooh life insurance or something else, I'll come back in 48 hours...once you've cooled off over our extremly exciting conversation about insurance....wtf

Yoda, you kill me...some of your comments are so out there they are hilarious. Just on principal....after faxing in my E & O coverage to Coventry after each threatening email that I received and then the final notice that I was terminated,...I sent them an email again with my E & O coverage and I've been reinstated...not that I'm going to sell any of their plans...I guess it was the point.. I have the damn E & O coverage!!!!!

I emailed my E&O 3 times and it still didn't work. Oh well, I guess it's Cigna or nothing. NOTHING sounds good!!

What a mess and we use to be the land of free enterprise and entrepreneurial spirit. Now we are the land of government control and accelerating socialism. The CMS mess is all based upon the assumption that all insurance agents are crooks and our citizens over the age of 65 are TOO STUPID to take care of themselves.

If CMS found that I violated a rule, and took away my ability to sell MA'a and PDP's, CMS would actually be doing me a favor.
