That's hilarious. I've never seen one person with part d standalone hit catastrophic with $60 out of pocket. Keep trying to spin tho.

Also, I'm not saying I offer that plan much. But, paying $5/month each for three Tier 3's and paying zero after 4 months is ridiculous. And you can't do that on a PDP

That is not what I meant. What I was saying is how the out of pocket works on D in 2025 is now identical to how drug coverage works in MAP's. With the basic plans you pay the full 2K. With enhanced plans you likely don't since they count the standard price of the drug and your copay may be less, sometimes far less, than that. Both D with OM and meds with MAP's in 2025 are working the same way with this, Of course the exact price a person on an enhanced plan would pay before they hit 2K will vary with the plan - just as it would vary across the various MAP's.
