Anthem Blue Cross Back in Business for 2010?

An Anthen Blue Cross regional sales manager informed me CMS reinstated their Advantage Plans as well as the RX plans.

Anthem Blue Cross is going to start taking applications for the 2010 open enrollment.

It appears they will marketing the Freedom Blue Product, not sure about the SmartValue Products.

Anybody heard anything different?

I'm a broker for Anthem... I haven't heard anything yet, but will definitely check in to it. Hopefully this is true.
