An agent's contract with supps have comm schedules and vesting clauses.

That adds an extra layer of security for supp agents. MA contracts don't have that.
Not if your state changes to a birthday rule state. I have had 4 of mine change. 1% commission the first year, then nothing. Rates are going through the roof. Now I have many supplements to never get paid on again. Can't lower their price unless I lower their coverage, I only kept helping them because I was getting PDP commissions. Now those are going to the wayside also.

I'm blaming Integrity. They sued to keep overrides but didn't include commissions?

And where the heck is NABIP and HAFA?
