Worked with a man selling Pre-need Funeral plans who was named Kramer Stiff. We made outbound sales calls and he would say “This is Kramer Stiff calling from the funeral home.”

His close in person when the client hesitated was too pull out a toy ambulance from his pocket, put it on the table and said “someday you may have to take a ride in this.” Then he pulled out a toy Hearse and said “but I promise that one day you will ride in one of these so let’s get this done and behind us.”
