Hopefully Anthem will let CIGNA keep it's brand so it can expand to additional BCBS states, to give those BCBS's additional competition.

These mega mergers are not good for use or the general public.. pushes us closer and closer to a single payer platform. Single company single payor.

That's too bad. Oh well. Maybe Anthem can still venture into Illinois and compete against Blue Cross.

Hell, who am I kidding. In a couple of years there won't be any IFPlan market. Premium increases, carriers getting hammered with claims, and government mandates will obliterate it.
