Anybody Familiar with IMS? (Insurance Marketing Services)

Plus how do you pick up a check? It's too big to go through the phone wire, no?

I guess you would just trust the client to send the check to: a person they have never met, and to a company they probrably do not know............Sounds Nigerian to me.:D

Every annuity company I know requires ORIGINAL transfer paperwork. I am assuming the client is also going to be trusted to send the transfer paperwork in as well?

Please correct me if I am wrong; but only if I am wrong, NO OPNIONS PLEASE!

Thanks for the heads up Billy. Its all starting to sound a little too shady. I'm going to pass on this deal myself. I found out today, that the guy who placed the ad, only lives a couple of miles from me and he's not an agent. In fact he said he also does reverse mortgages. ??? He was blowing all this smoke up my A@# about how much money these guys are making. Well if thats the case, why doens't he go out on any of these apts?? Told me that he was to busy with the reverse mortgages. Yea, O.K. If it sounds to good to be true, it usually is.

I once contacted one of the companies from doing google searches. The company had a top ranking and they did pre-set appointments. I had some guy with a hardcore NY accent. He was hard sell and probably 50 to 60+ years of age by the voice. He was Jeff something in AZ. I was a little interested and backed away. He was not happy.

Got a call from another guy a month later same type of company in CA. He had a different name but the same voice and same hard sales pitch. The voice was easy enough to peg and I am pretty good at voices.

Just be careful. Usually you have to buy $1200 in leads and usually about $75 a pre-qualified annuity appointment "with annuity statements already on the dinner table."

:embarrassed:

What annuity companies allow you to sell their product over the phone?

I though with Dean Cipriano's system I could sell large whole life cases on the phone while sitting at home in my underwear.

I am considering your system Bill where I can quit the insurance business and drive tractor trailer and make $100,000. Dean's system for me moving from being to a truck driver to an annuity salesman has not worked out too well. :twitchy:
