As the date approaches, I am wondering if any individual health brokers are purchasing leads and if so who are you using/recommend?

I wouldn't buy them if they were free. Probably the only thing worse might be sitting at a booth in Walmart.

It may work for some, but you can easily spend a lot of money to not get anyone to answer the phone...and most of these leads are sold multiple times, no matter what they tell you. If you are new in the business, you may have no choice but to try it if you have no other way to generate business....but it depends too on what you have to offer when they answer the phone. The ability to speak multiple languages can also be helpful
I have found that the only folk that go online looking for help with insurance products are not always the best clients to have in the long run....especially in an ACA world.
