I think Van Mueller is closer to the essence of Savage.

But both sides are important, and I by no means advocate choosing one over the other. I believe you can follow both.

Savage always helped "the little guy", but he also knew how to work with high end cases. Van is very similar in that regard.

And while I like Insurance Pro Shop's mentality and teaching for the middle income population, I like Tom Love's approach for those with even more means.

The two together, I believe, is an unbeatable combination!

Does Symmetry provide copious amount of support? What about Equis Financial? I was told by Bill Lampe with Equis that they provide a new agent with leads for first 2-3 weeks to get that agent up and running. However, he admitted to getting leads from 3rd party companies. Symmetry claims they do their own marketing. Welcome your opinions. What are the best life and health insurance companies for which agents to work?

Symmetry purchases most of their leads from a 3rd party vendor that is separate but under the same hierarchy (kind of).
