Today I was contacted by someone with Cotton States. They offered me the chance to take over an agency. They told me the size of the agency is around 1.5 million with a base around 100,00 a year. Can anyone give me the pros and cons of working with them. I have been an agent with a captive company for 15 years and have been independent for the past year and a half.
