Anyone have success getting Medicare clients to come to your office?

Having my own office is my goal as a female agent working alone I didn't go to potential new client's homes anymore unless they were referred. I didn't realize how expensive having an office can be. Local company does have mobile tenant offices I am looking at but I only have use of it for 10 hours a week. I figured it's a start.

Everything in medicare is a long term expense and and investment the most important piece of medicare as having a marketing system where you can count on a number of clients per month and if you could factor that in all of your other expenses are easier to manage
