Thanks for the info. I've spoken with Mark. I believe he's the National Sales Director, for whatever that is worth. His number seems to always go straight to voicemail and he is not very prompt in returning calls or emails. I'm 3 weeks in and still have not been appointed yet. And there is absolutely nothing on my end that would hold that up.
