Apartment Insurance in California

Looking for carriers who will write apartment buildings built in the 1960's and 1970's. State Farm has non-renewed apartment buildings in California.

There are lots of them, not as many as they used to be, - but reach out to a broker.

Unless there are updates, and a lot of them - I might expect ACV. And I would not be surprised if it were nonadmitted.
