Well it is a scam when they charge you $599 for a territory and $20 for a poor lead with a poor commission structure and a 80% payout. Driving hundreds of miles a week at $3.50 a gallon, having to pay $5 for a callback lead which is one that did not want a call in the first place.
The whole scam for this IMO is that they get paid all ways round, especially if the salesman leaves the company as his residuals stay with Apex.
