Applications Not Available to Be Seen

I know you see this when you first create an account and login for the first time but once you select either start new application or look up existing application that screen no longer appears.

See the attached document for instructions on how to do it. It's a little complicated but easy to do. To help your clients find their application and add it to their accounts do a join.me session and assist them or edit the document adding your own information and send it to them as a tutorial. Hope it helps. :cool:
