Are There Still Navigators?

Do they still exist? I run into so many people needing help with health insurance. I always tell them there are paid Navigators that should be able to assist them. But no one has ever actually seen one.

Where are they?

So what's going to happen this fall when there is a crush of Obamacare prospects in the shortened Open Enrollment season, no navigators to help them and hardly any agents either, since probably no one will be paying commissions?
