Re 500 apps . . . must have a call center. There are a couple of guys here in Atlanta that do that in a week.

Of course it isn't them personally, but rather the hired help.

Bob is correct in that Joe has 6 to 8 agents under him if I recall correctly. He's (Joe) not full of crap in any way, I've known him for a few years, he's a straight up guy.
