I'm a couple months into running my own Independent P&C office, things are going great. However, I just received my first MVR statement from one of my carriers and expecting them from the others. What a downer!! I can't believe these carriers are charging us agents for MVR's… most are $10-$15 per report.
To make up for the MVR charges, I'm considering charging a one time only brokers fee. Just curious what are your thoughts of charging clients a brokers fee and what amount do you feel is appropriate? Thank you in advance!
