Assurant Commission

Can someone tell me the street level commission on Assurant products?

Someone gave me this...I want to know if it is low or what the street level is?
Major Medical 8%
Hospital/Surgical 15%
Dental 27%
Accident 30%
CI 40%
This is on Individual health products.

I called Assurant and got the commission level they said all new agents start at tier 1 and what I posted was lower then that?

Street level in Texas is 8% on major med, unless age 63+, then 4.5 I think.
