Assurant Mobile Home: can independent agent get appointed?

Hello,
Assurant is one of the only carriers who will write HO policies on mobile homes in the high brush fire risk areas here in California. Does anyone know if an independent agent can get appointed with them? Or maybe through a GA? I can't find anything online about become appointed.

Better Question now.... do they still take "mobile homes in the high brush fire risk areas here in California" in 2021? My guess is not really anymore.

I have a customer I quoted California Fair Plan due to fireline and Assurant wrote it.
